Mom and Baby Yoga

Park Series for the month of July. Class is drop-in, by donation with all proceeds going to the Comox Valley Pregnancy Center at the Comox Marina Park, Thursday’s at 11:15am.

Are you a new mom? This is your chance to get out of your head and into your heart. Explore the beautiful and deep connection that you have with your baby in this safe, supportive and fun 60 minute yoga class. Play, stretch, strengthen, and tone your body and move with your breath. What you learn on your mat will extend into your daily life and allow you to move with intention and awareness.

No previous yoga experience necessary, this class is perfectly suited for all new moms of all fitness levels.

We welcome moms who are at least 6 weeks post-delivery, to babies who haven’t started active crawling.
This community building class will give you the chance to socialize with other new parents, meet new friends or reconnect with old ones!
